For whatever reason, Superstore hasn’t included the option of paper bags with handles like Walmart has. For instore bagging, this seems fine. But for delivery, arrrg. When a driver is grabbing bags out of the car, the tops get crumpled up and look horrid. And the risk of a bag slipping out of a grip becomes greater. Then, when the customer tries to grab heavy bags just by gripping the tops, it becomes more precarious for them, to get the groceries inside of the house without the bag slipping or ripping.
Now, I know Walmart “handle” paper bags cost 25 cents, while the Superstore non-handle ones are 15 cents. Just not enough different for SS not to offer a handle option.
